Insurance Information

At Glen Mills Endodontics we make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options.  To accomplish this we work hand-in-hand with you and your insurance carrier to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures.  We file and submit all insurance claims for you after endodontic treatment is completed.  Most insurance companies will process and pay your claim anywhere between four to six weeks.  If you need further assistance with your insurance carrier, please ask our staff.  They are well informed and up-to-date. We participate with Aetna PPO, Cigna PPO, Delta Dental, Guardian, Assurant, Ameritas, Humana, Dentemax, Fidelio, United Concordia and United Healthcare.
